AI Advisory & Solution Design

Start with the right AI opportunity.

Find the workflow worth improving—and a practical way to improve it.

We assess your processes, data, and technical environment to define where AI can help, what delivery requires, and how to measure success.

Assess the whole workflow.

An effective solution starts with the process, the people, and the information behind it. Explore the four assessment areas.

ASSESSMENT WORKSPACE01 / 04

Opportunity & business case

Questions we work through

  • Where does work slow down?
  • What volume, effort, or rework is involved?
  • Which improvement matters to the business?

ASSESSMENT OUTPUT

A prioritised opportunity, current-state workflow, and baseline for sizing value.

Leave with a decision
you can act on.

Your assessment brings the business case and technical recommendation together in a practical solution brief.

  • Prioritised opportunity and business case
  • Workflow map and solution approach
  • Data, integration, and deployment requirements
  • Risks, dependencies, and readiness gaps
  • Implementation scope and acceptance criteria
  • Baseline and outcome measurement plan

The recommendation may be to proceed, narrow the scope, address readiness gaps, or defer. Deliverables are agreed in the assessment scope.

Solution briefIllustrative excerpt

Document review workflow

Objective
Reduce repetitive checking while retaining reviewer oversight.
Approach
Document extraction, business rules, and evidence-backed review.
Readiness
Confirm representative documents and integration access.
Acceptance
Validate output quality and processing time against an agreed baseline.
Recommendation
Start with a defined document set; resolve access dependencies before delivery.

Focused work. Shared understanding.

A fixed-fee assessment, with scope and deliverables agreed before work begins.

  1. 01

    Understand

Map the process and desired improvement with business and technical stakeholders.

  2. 02

    Evaluate

Review representative inputs, technical options, constraints, and operational requirements.

  3. 03

    Recommend

Present the proposed approach, trade-offs, scope, and practical next steps.

What we need from you

A process owner, representative inputs, current performance information where available, and access to relevant technical stakeholders.

Before you start.

Do we need a fully defined AI use case?

No. Bring the process or business challenge. We work with your stakeholders to identify opportunities and determine which are worth assessing.

Can you assess an existing pilot?

Yes. We can review its workflow fit, data requirements, technical approach, and operational readiness to identify what is needed for the next stage.

How do you evaluate models and deployment options?

We consider the task, representative inputs, quality requirements, data sensitivity, latency, infrastructure, and operating constraints. Evaluation activities and access requirements are agreed in the assessment scope.

What if our data is not ready?

The recommendation identifies readiness gaps and the work needed to address them. It may suggest a narrower initial workflow or deferring implementation until dependencies are resolved.

How are outcome commitments established?

We agree a baseline, target, quality requirements, workload, validation period, and responsibilities. Any qualifying guarantee is defined against that scope, including dependencies and remedies.

Does the assessment commit us to implementation?

Assessment and implementation are scoped separately. The assessment supports an informed decision about whether and how to proceed.

Define your first practical step.

Bring the workflow, the challenge, or the idea. We’ll help establish what is worth pursuing and what it takes to deliver.
